Two-Year Limited Warranty Details
The Callaway Golf Company ("Callaway") warrants to the original consumer only, that its Top-Flite® golf clubs will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during normal use for two years from the original retail purchase date, provided the product has not been abused, altered, misused, or otherwise damaged through the act or neglect of the consumer.
Limitations on Warranties
Warranty claims presented without the original sales slip will be handled at Top-Flite's® sole discretion.
Any repaired or replaced product will be warranted from the original retail purchase date of the product returned, not from the replacement date.
All warranties implied by state law, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly limited to the duration of the limited warranty outlined above.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. With the exception of any warranties implied by state law as hereby limited, the foregoing limited warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, guaranties, agreements and similar obligations of the manufacturer or seller.
Top-Flite® is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages in connection with the use of Top-Flite® golf clubs. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limit of incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you. There are no other warranties that extend beyond the face hereof.
No person, agent, distributor, dealer (including a Top-Flite® dealer) or company is authorized to change, modify or extend the terms of this warranty in any manner whatsoever. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
Making a Claim
To make a warranty claim with your nearest Top-Flite® dealer or for further instructions on how to make a direct warranty claim, call 1-866-TFGOLF-CO. The consumer is responsible for shipping charges to return the defective product, however Top-Flite® will pay shipping charges to return the repaired or replacement product to the consumer.
If a defect develops during the warranty period, Top-Flite®, at its sole option, will repair the defect or replace the defective product with the same equivalent product upon return with the original sales slip to any Top-Flite® golf club dealer or to Top-Flite® directly.
